Pelvic floor physiotherapy
— in good hands
Specialist care for women and men with urogynaecological and proctological conditions. I restore quality of life through individual, evidence-based therapy.
About me
Anna Kozicka
I am a physiotherapist specialising in urogynaecological and proctological physiotherapy. I help people dealing with pelvic floor disorders — from urinary incontinence to pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and bowel issues.
I continuously advance my expertise through scientific conferences and completed clinical internships in Portugal. I work with both women and men, using manual techniques, exercise therapy and biofeedback.
I consult in Polish and English.
What I treat
Pelvic floor physiotherapy helps women and men of all ages — not just after childbirth.
Women
I help with conditions such as:
- Urinary incontinence (e.g. stress or urge)
- Frequent or urgent need to urinate
- Pelvic, coccyx or perineal pain
- Dyspareunia (pain during or after intercourse)
- Vaginal heaviness or prolapse symptoms
- Constipation and bowel dysfunction
- Faecal or flatus incontinence
- Recovery after childbirth, C-section or gynaecological surgery
- Prenatal preparation for birth
Men
Everyone has a pelvic floor — I help men with:
- Urinary incontinence (e.g. after prostate surgery)
- Frequent urination or urgency
- Weak or interrupted urinary stream
- Pelvic, perineal or anal pain
- Pain or discomfort after ejaculation
- Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation
- Chronic non-bacterial prostatitis
- Constipation and bowel difficulties
- Recovery after abdominal or pelvic surgery
The problem is often hypertonic (overactive) muscles, not weakness — which is why individual assessment before therapy is essential.

FAQ
FAQ
Can men also benefit from pelvic floor physiotherapy?
Yes — everyone has a pelvic floor. Urogynaecological and proctological physiotherapy effectively helps men after prostate surgery, with urinary difficulties, pelvic pain, and erectile dysfunction.
What does a pelvic floor assessment involve?
The assessment is carried out with full respect for your privacy. Before each part I explain exactly what I will do and why. Your consent and comfort are always the priority — you can stop at any time.
How many appointments will I need?
It depends on the nature and severity of your condition. After the first consultation we will outline an initial plan. Some patients notice significant improvement after 3–5 sessions; others require longer therapy.
Do I need a referral?
No — I see private patients without a referral. Simply book an appointment.
Is pelvic floor therapy just Kegel exercises?
No. The problem is often hypertonic (overactive) muscles — in that case Kegel exercises can actually worsen the condition. This is why individual assessment before therapy is essential.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, card and BLIK. I do not accept public health insurance (NFZ).
